The Tourist Attraction (Moose Springs #1) by Sarah Morgenthaler (Book Review)

43352294. sy475

When Graham Barnett named his diner The Tourist Trap, he meant it as a joke. Now he’s stuck slinging reindeer dogs to an endless string of resort visitors who couldn’t interest him less. Not even the sweet, enthusiastic tourist in the corner who blushes every time he looks her way…

Two weeks in Alaska isn’t just the top item on Zoey Caldwell’s bucket list. It’s the whole bucket. One look at the mountain town of Moose Springs and she’s smitten. But when an act of kindness brings Zoey into Graham’s world, she may just find there’s more to the man than meets the eye…and more to love in Moose Springs than just the Alaskan wilderness. (taken from goodreads.com)

All Zoey wants is to do is go to Moose Springs, a tiny town in Alaska, and see every attraction possible. All Graham wants is for every tourist to go back to where they came from and never step foot in his town or his diner ever again. When Zoey catches his attention, every rule he had about tourists goes out the window.

I loved this book so much! I had seen Chlesea from Cheseadollingreads talk about this book on her Youtube channel awhile ago and I am so happy I placed this on hold at my library.

Zoey and her best friend, Lana, come to Moose Springs together and they have different plans for their vacation. The two women couldn’t be more different if they tried, but something about their friendship is just so perfect at the same time.

I loved the setting of this story, a small town in Alaska during the summer, which I was still imagining as the winter for the longest time until dates were mentioned in the novel. But I love that its a snowy summer novel, it was SO much fun!

The characters in this novel are all different but are able to relate to each other which made their relationships feel very real.

I am so excited for the next two books in this series!
